Andere Seite einer Linie (2024)

The original book was handwritten in Japanese and German. Two stories are a structure of the book: one is about my experiences and thoughts in Germany, the other is about my childhood memories in Japan. The two stories constantly switched and eventually connect as one line. When you read in one language, the other language is hidden behind the book, and when you open the page from the other side, the languages are switched. All the pages are not coherent, but folded and tucked into each other, as well as a German part and a Japanese part intertwined.
